Terms & Conditions
When booking a slot at Chedgrave Dog Park, you (and anyone attending the booking with you) are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Use of facilities

Only dogs that are sociable, vaccinated and not aggressive towards other dogs or humans are permitted

Dog owners are responsible for the dogs’ behavior and must ensure they are under control at all times

Dogs are never to be left unattended in Chedgrave Dog Park

No more than the permitted number of dogs per booked slot is allowed in the field at any given time

Dog owners must clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste in the provided bin. Chedgrave Dog Park reserve the right to restrict access to users who do not clean up after their dogs

There is no lighting at Chedgrave Dog Park, therefore users are to bring their own torches/headlamps/reflector jackets if using the field outside of daylight hours
Safety

Dogs must be kept on a lead when entering and leaving the field

Dog owners must ensure gates are securely closed at all times

Users are to always shut the gate on their departure, even if the next users are waiting. This ensures that all users have booked. Please do not provide access for or tell anyone else the gate code

If users arrive early for their timeslot, they are to wait in their vehicle until their booked timeslot begins
-
Users are never to enter the field while it is in use. Please contact Chedgrave Dog Park management if it’s noted that users are staying past their booked timeslot or entering the field early

Any hazards or concerns must be reported to Chedgrave Dog Park management immediately
Booking

Users must book a time slot prior to using the field

Time slots are subject to availability and may be limited during peak times

Users must enter and exit Chedgrave Dog Park within their timeslot

If users arrive late, they must still leave within their timeslot
-
Users will receive a gate access code in a confirmation email upon booking. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have received the code and they may not share the code with anyone else
Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled by users or Chedgrave Dog Park for any reason up to 24 hours in advance and a full refund will be given

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked slot won’t be refunded
Health and Hygiene

Dogs must be free from contagious diseases and parasites

It is the responsibility of dog owners to ensure their dogs are up to date with their vaccination and worm treatment schedules. Dog owners do not need to provide a vaccination record when booking, however Chedgrave Dog Park reserve the right to request a copy at any point and decline access if necessary

Sick or injured dogs are not permitted in the field until they have fully recovered

Please note there are no water facilities at Chedgrave Dog Park; users are to bring their own water and dog bowl and to remove these again at the end of their session
Children

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times

Children may not climb on the gate or fencing

Chedgrave Dog Park accepts no responsibility for any child on the premises
General Rules

Chedgrave Dog Park is for the sole use of training/walking dogs
-
Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited
-
Open fires and barbeques are strictly prohibited onsite

A maximum of 10 cars is allowed in the car park at any one time

Chedgrave Dog Park endeavors to regularly checking the quality of the field fence and gates. However, it is possible that the fencing may become compromised without management’s knowledge and this may lead to dogs finding a way of escaping while using the field. All users are encouraged to check the fence prior to use and advise management of any concerns. Dogs are to be kept on their leashes if it’s found the fence has become compromised.

Chedgrave Dog Park accepts no responsibility for escaped dogs

Dogs are not to be permitted to jump up against the fence or to dig holes in the field. If a dog digs a hole, it is the user’s responsibility to back fill it to prevent injury to others
Liability

Dog owners use the field at their own risk

It is advised that dog owners insure their dogs for all circumstances including third party liability to cover their period of hire

Chedgrave Dog Park is not liable for any injury, loss or damage to users, their dogs or their property while using the field
Amendments
-
Chedgrave Dog Park reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time

Users will be notified of any changes via email or on our website
