  • How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?
    Bookings can be cancelled by clients or Chedgrave Dog Park for any reason up to 24 hours in advance and a full refund will be given. To cancel a booking, click on 'manage my booking' in your booking confirmation email and follow the instructions. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked slot won’t be refunded. You are welcome to reschedule your slot up to 24 hours in advance of your booking. Click on 'manage my booking' in your booking confirmation email and follow the instructions. Please contact us if you require assistance.
  • What are your terms and conditions?
    Please click on the link in our menu to see our terms and conditions. By booking a time slot all clients agree to adhere to our guidelines at all times.
  • What are the hours of operation?
    7am – 9pm, Monday to Saturday 8am – 8pm, Sundays and bank holidays
  • How do I pay?
    We accept full payment at the time of booking. Payment is via stripe using a debit or credit card.
  • Is there running water onsite?
    There is no running water available, therefore please bring water and a dog bowl along with you
  • What is your dog waste policy?
    It is the responsibility of all users to remove their dog’s waste and to ensure the field is clear of waste before leaving. There is a bin next to the pedestrian gate, please dispose of all dog poo in it. The bin is emptied by South Norfolk Council weekly or more frequently if required.
  • Is there parking onsite?
    Yes, there is parking available to the left of the field for up to 10 cars. Please keep your dog on their lead until you have entered the secured field. As the pedestrian gate is controlled by key code access, please ensure you have received the code in your confirmation email prior to arriving for your session.
  • What is the maximum number of people allowed?
    We don’t limit the number of friends or family you bring along; however, we do request that you book for the correct number of dogs. It is the responsibility of the person who makes the booking to ensure that all members of their party are aware of the T&C’s.
  • How do I book?
    Simply click on the “book now” button, select the day/time you’d prefer and you’re nearly set! Once payment is made, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing arrival information as well as the key code required for access.
  • How long do the sessions last?
    Dog walking sessions last 60 minutes. Please be mindful of people using the field after you and leave at the end of your booked slot
  • Do you have lights onsite?
    There is no external lighting, therefore please bring torches, headlights and reflector jackets if your slot falls outside of daylight hours.
  • Will there be other people using the field?
    Not unless you bring along friends or family. The field will be yours exclusively during your booked slot.
  • How much do the sessions cost?
    1 hour sessions start from £9 for up to 3 dogs
  • Do you allow professional dog trainers and dog walkers to use the field?
    Yes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and for information on pricing. We will request a copy of your insurance.
  • Can I book regular slots?
    Yes, you’re able to book any number of slots however frequently you choose, up to 12 weeks in advance. On the booking page, set the toggle to “block booking” and follow the prompts. Contact us if you need any assistance.
  • Do I need to provide my dog’s vaccination record?
    We ask that all users dog owners take responsibility and ensure their dogs are up to date with their vaccination and worm treatment schedules. You do not need to provide a record when booking, however Chedgrave Dog Park reserve the right to request a copy at any point if necessary.
  • What is the maximum number of dogs allowed?
    Per booking, we allow a maximum of 6 dogs before 8am, a maximum of 10 dogs between 8am and 8pm, and a maximum of 6 dogs after 8pm on any day.
  • Are there any toilet facilities onsite?
    No, there are no toilet facilities available
  • What is the surrounding area like?
    Chedgrave Dog Park is located off Lower Hardley Road within walking distance from the nearest village, Chedgrave. The field is bordered by a newly planted row of hedging along the roadside and arable fields along the remaining sides. The area is in a quiet and rural part of the beautiful South Norfolk countryside.
  • How secure is the dog park?
    The field has been secured with fencing and gates approximately 6ft high which we check on a regular basis. However, it is the user’s responsibility to check the fencing and fields before each session to ensure that they are happy with the security and safety. Please do not let your dog off their lead if you are not happy that the field is secured, and please contact us if you have any concerns.
